Working in the hospitality sector demands a unique set of skills. As an example, we provided our design/build services for the construction of the new learning center facility at Cannon Mountain, the interior of which is shown in the middle photo below. The 6,500 square foot building has a rustic alpine look, with an all-wood framed exterior and a wood cathedral ceiling. The combination of our experience and the design/build method enabled the State of NH (the project owner) to get exactly the type of facility they wanted while achieving both budgetary and scheduling goals. |
