About Brookstone Builders -- Management Mark W. Gemmiti - Project Manager A graduate of NH Technical College – Berlin with an Associates degree in Applied Science in Natural Resources Management, Mr. Gemmiti also attended Big Bend Community College in Washington where he completed courses in Mechanical Engineering and Design. He has been trained as a specialist in Land Use, Water & Wastewater Technology, Surveying, Construction Management and Critical Path Management.
